HOW TO ORDER

Welcome to our Order Process guide. Below is a step-by-step walkthrough of how we bring your custom designs to life at Tippuwear.

1. CUSTOMER INQUIRY & SELECTION

Please fill out the inquiry form. Once submitted, a dedicated sales representative will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and product selection.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon agreement of the quotation, please submit your formal order. Your sales representative will finalize all technical details, including Fabric, Payment Terms, and Delivery Timelines. We encourage the use of our official Tippuwear Order Sheet for accuracy.

3. GRAPHIC DESIGN

Please provide your design files in the following formats:

  • Vector Graphics: .AI, .CDR, .EPS, or .PDF.

  • High-Resolution Images: Minimum 300 DPI (Note: Web-sourced images often lack the quality required for professional printing).

  • Color Specifications: Please provide PANTONE or CMYK codes.

4. SAMPLE APPROVAL

Once the order is placed, we provide a printed mini-sample within 2 days to confirm colors and design accuracy. Following this, a physical sample garment is produced for your final approval before mass production begins.

5. PREMIUM PRINTING & SUBLIMATION

After sample approval, we move to production. We utilize industry-leading Epson and MOTOH printers, combined with high-quality thermal transfer paper and inks, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting, and fashionable results.

6. PRECISION CUT & SEW

Our expert machinists take over the assembly process. By utilizing intelligent manufacturing workflows, we optimize production time without compromising on craftsmanship.

7. STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROL

Custom sublimated products with unique names, numbers, and sizes require high attention to detail. Our QC team performs a rigorous inspection of every piece to ensure you receive perfect products every time.

8. CUSTOM PACKAGING

Each garment is individually packed in a polybag. We offer Custom Branded Polybags to help promote your brand. Shipping boxes are available in various sizes, typically holding 20–100 pieces per box.

9. GLOBAL DELIVERY

We partner with top-tier carriers including DHL, UPS, EUB, and SF-Express. Your goods are delivered directly to your door, with typical transit times of only 3–5 business days.

10. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

We monitor every shipment until it reaches your hands. Your satisfaction is our priority; we look forward to building long-term partnerships and appreciate your referrals to the athletic community.

    6.CUT AND SEW

    Our machinists will finish the rest work of Jersey. Intelligent machinists save us more production time.

    7.QUALITY CONTROL

    For customized Sublimated products, different numbers, names and sizes requires us to be more careful during the quality inspection process. Therefore, customers will receive satisfactory products.

    8.PACKAGE

    One jersey, one polybag. We support custom polybag, so you can put your logo or advertising information on it to attract your customers. We have package boxes of different sizes, with volume about 20-100pcs/box

    9.DELIVERY

    Our Shipment term:DHL,UPS,EUB,SF-Express THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR SOON.USUALLY IT’S ONLY 3-5DAYS

    10.AFTER SALES SERVICE

    We will keep track of order delivery. If you are satisfied with our products, you are welcome to cooperate with us again and introduce us to your friends.
